At Measterwerk, we believe in conscious choices. To combat textile waste, we do not hold massive stocks. Your polo is exclusively produced and embroidered only once your order is received.
Is the size not quite right despite checking the size chart, or are you not satisfied? No problem. You can return your order to us up to 14 days after receipt.
How does it work?
- Register your return: Go to our special [Exchanges & Returns] page and fill in the short request form.
- Receive your QR code: Once we approve your request, you will receive a QR code.
- Drop off: Have the QR code scanned at a PostNL or DHL point near you. They will print the label for you for free, and the package will be sent to our distribution point in Breda.
Costs & Refund
Because we want to discourage unnecessary transport, we deduct the return costs of € 5.95 from your refund. Once we have received the polo in good condition, Shopify will automatically refund the remaining purchase amount to your account within 1 to 3 working days.
Did your product arrive damaged or did we make a production error? Then we will of course resolve this for you completely free of charge! Please indicate this directly in the form.
