At Measterwerk, we believe in making conscious choices. To combat textile waste, we do not keep large stocks. Your order is produced and embroidered exclusively for you as soon as we receive it.
If, despite checking the size chart, the size isn’t quite right, or if you’re not satisfied, don’t worry. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
How does it work?
- Register your return: Go to our dedicated [Exchanges & Returns] page and fill in the short request form.
- Receive your QR code: As soon as we approve your request, you’ll receive a QR code.
- Hand in your parcel: Have the QR code scanned at a PostNL or DHL point near you. They’ll print the label for you free of charge and the parcel will be sent to our distribution centre in Breda.
Costs & Refund:
As we want to discourage unnecessary transport, we’ll deduct the return fee of €5.95 from your refund. As soon as we’ve received the polo shirt in good condition, we’ll automatically refund the remaining purchase amount to your account within 1 to 3 working days.
Did your product arrive damaged, or have we made a manufacturing error? In that case, we’ll of course sort this out for you completely free of charge! Please indicate this straight away on the form.
