At Measterwerk, we believe that exceptional design goes hand in hand with a conscious production process. We don’t just care about the finished product; we care about every single step it takes to get to your wardrobe. Here is how your favorite cotton items are made, from the very first seed to the final stitch.
Cotton Growth
We believe in cultivating cotton plants in their countries of origin and regions where they thrive naturally without the need for excessive water. When cotton grows in its natural environment, the plants produce more abundant flowers. This results in a much better harvest per seed and optimizes every drop of water used.
Production: From Cotton to Polo
Because transporting raw cotton takes up significantly more volume than moving finished fabric, we believe in outsourcing the weaving process directly to the country where the cotton is grown. By transforming the raw material into high-quality fabric locally, we drastically reduce the transportation volume and emissions needed to bring your 100% cotton products into the EU.
From Blank Product to Premium Finished Textile
Once the blank garments arrive at our EU distribution center, every order undergoes a strict quality and safety control following EU protocols. The items are then safely stored in our warehouse.
To prevent overproduction, the final stage of the process, adding our unique designs, only takes place the moment you place an order. Because we use our basic and premium blank polos across multiple collections, we are able to keep our stock fresh and flexible. This keeps the line from harvest to delivery as short and sustainable as possible, ensuring a durable, premium product that you can wear with pride for years to come.
